Booking questions
How much is an airport transfer?
Between Vienna Airport (VIE) and your address in Vienna you pay a fixed price: €55 in the E-Class, €80 in the V-Class and €120 in the S-Class, including driver, fuel and VAT.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes, from 3 hours: €65 per hour in the E-Class, €80 in the V-Class and €110 in the S-Class. Your chauffeur is at your disposal for the whole time you book.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We track your flight: land early or late, and your driver is there all the same.
Do I have to pay online?
No. Nothing is paid in advance when you book online. You receive your confirmation by e-mail.
What do fixed price, estimate and “on request” mean?
Fixed prices apply to airport transfers within Vienna and to hourly hire. Longer routes are priced by distance, for example €2.20 per kilometre in the E-Class. We confirm this estimate with a fixed-price offer before the ride. Where the form cannot calculate a price, we send you a fixed-price offer straight away.
